Ingredients
paneer-400 grams cream-
1 cup cashew nuts-1 tsp (4 hours soaked)
poppy seeds-2 teaspoons (4 hours soaked)
melons seeds-2 teaspoons (4 hours soaked)
black pepper-1 tsp
salt-1 tsp
butter-2 tsp
small cardamom-
Method
Cut the paneer into pieces first to make it. Then add cashew nuts, melon seeds, pepper, and poppy seeds to the mixer and prepare the paste. -Now remove the prepared paste in a bowl and add butter, cream and salt and mix well. -Now put this mixture on chopped paneer and keep aside for 1 hour to marinate.
Add the marinate paneer to the toothpick and grease for about 15 to 20 minutes of 220 °c. Your Afghan paneer tikka is ready.
